I’m so excited you’re here. After years of personal growth, study, and self-discovery, I’ve created Vallare Wellness | Three Pillars—a coaching space where fitness, mindset, and nutrition come together to help you build lasting, healthy habits that truly fit your life.
My journey hasn’t been easy—but it’s shaped everything I do.
Growing up, I was always active—horse riding, horse vaulting (gymnastics on horses) and sports filled my days. But as I entered my teens, I gained weight, became deeply uncomfortable in my body, and was bullied because of it. That pain led to years of disordered eating, obsession, and self-doubt that stole nearly a decade of my life.
But I fought back.
Through resilience, self-work, and a desire to truly live again, I rebuilt my relationship with food, movement, and myself. I found strength in recovery—physically and mentally—and returned to fitness not as punishment, but as a tool for healing. Exercise became my therapy, helping me regain balance, clarity, and confidence.
During this journey I also received a Crohns diagnosis (autoimmune disease). Receiving a Crohn's diagnosis profoundly transformed my perspective on fitness, food, and mindset. Initially, it felt like an overwhelming setback, but over time, it became a catalyst for change. I realised that managing this condition meant adopting a more mindful approach to what I consumed and how I moved my body. Fitness evolved from a mere routine into a vital tool for resilience, complementing my dietary choices that now prioritised nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods. This shift not only empowered me to navigate my disease more effectively but also reinforced the importance of positive thinking and self-compassion in the healing process. By making healthy choices, I learned to listen to my body and give it the support it needs, resulting in a more balanced life despite the challenges posed by Crohn's.
With a background in Nursing, Personal Training, and Nutrition, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned—personally and professionally—and poured it into this program. Vallare Wellness isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about real, sustainable change that supports your lifestyle, personality, and goals.
My mission is to help you do what I did: take your power back, create lasting health, and thrive in your body and mind.
