How did you find the weekly accountability, structure, and support throughout the program?

“I have previously tried other programs and fitness coaches before, and each time they come down on me like a tonne of bricks for missing a meal, skipping a workout, having to adjust to overtime and recalls. They have never understood my job and how it affects day-to-day activities and plans. Vallare has remained flexible and allowed for these to occur, understanding that I can't always be 100% strict, yet keeping me on track to make sure I don't fall off the wagon”

Was there anything you particularly enjoyed, or found especially helpful or unique about the Vallare approach?

“I have found the personal approach Hannah takes by really getting to know me as a client has helped a lot. We know each other outside Vallare, but she stays professional and friendly all the time. Also she takes into consideration the fact I don't actually like cooking, so everything has been simple and enjoyable to make.”
