How did you find the weekly accountability, structure, and support throughout the program?

“I have previously tried other programs and fitness coaches before, and each time they come down on me like a tonne of bricks for missing a meal, skipping a workout, having to adjust to overtime and recalls. “I have primarily noticed the weight loss and understanding food choices, meal prep. I got back from Europe at 117kg, and officially started Vallare at 115kg. At the time of this testimony after 12 weeks I am 104! People are noticing at work and socially as well, which is definitely good.
