  • You can choose either a 6-week or 8-week coaching plan depending on your goals and timeline

  • Yes. Plans can be adapted for injuries, limitations, pregnancy/postnatal, or health considerations. Your program is built around YOU.

  • You can continue into another coaching block, transition to a maintenance plan, or move into a different tier depending on your next goals.

  • Due to the personalised nature of coaching, programs are non-refundable. However, I’ll always work with you to adjust and support you if circumstances change.
